Students will participate in the ELA and mathematics MCAP assessments on May 20, 21, 22 and 23 from approximately 8:40 am - 10:45 am.  

It is important that students come to school on time on testing days and we ask that you not schedule appointments or out of school visits on those days to limit the time your student will miss classes to make up the assessment(s) at a later date.                   

Please remind your student to bring:

• A fully-charged Chromebook and a charger (no personal laptops).
• Wired headphones - wired headphones are required for testing.  To eliminate sharing school provided headphones/earbuds, we request students bring their own wired headphones/earbuds from home (must have a plug that works with the chromebook).

Also, please ensure your student receives a good breakfast on the days of the test as well as a good night’s sleep the night before the assessment. If your student wears eyeglasses or hearing aids, be sure they come to school with them during the days of testing.
