"Be Prepared, Be Responsible, Be Respectful"
PickATime for Conference Scheduling;
Once again, our school will be using a web-based application called Pick-A-Time (PAT) to schedule parent/teacher conferences to be held November 23-25, 2009. Parents with Internet access will be able to go on-line to schedule parent/teacher conferences, print out their schedule, and have an e-mail reminder of their appointments sent to them.
This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning November 16th, at 3:00 p.m., at which time you may select three of your student’s teachers. On November 18th, starting at 3:00 p.m., you may select other teachers to conference with based on their availability. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until November 20th at 12 noon. After that time, please cancel or reschedule your appointments by calling 410-313-5520.
To access this program, please click on the PAT Link. Parent Instructions can be found in the file PAT Parent
Directions. You will need your child's ID number (9 digits including 0’s) that can be located on your student’s schedule or report card that will be issued on November 17th. A student ID number cannot be given over the telephone.
"To accommodate the volume of conference schedules, we need to adhere tightly to the 15-minute conference times. There is a 5-minute transition break in between each scheduled conference. Please be prompt in attending your conferences."
