PickATime:  February Conferences:
Once again, our school will be using the on-line Internet program called Pick-A-Time to schedule parent/teacher conferences to be held February 10-12, 2010.  Parents with Internet access will be able to go on-line to schedule parent/teacher conferences, print out their schedule, and have an e-mail reminder of their appointments sent to them.

It is suggested that parents use information on Teacherease and 2nd marking period report cards to determine which teachers should be scheduled for conferences.  Report cards will be sent home with students on Wednesday, February 3rd

To access this program, please click on the scheduling link:  https://www.pickatime.com/client?ven=11600665.  Directions for scheduling your conferences can be found on our school’s website by downloading the file “Parent Directions for Using PickATime”.  In order to access this program if you have not previously used PickATime, you will need your child’s nine-digit ID number (including leading 0’s) that can be located on your child’s report card.

This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning February 4th at 8:00 a.m.  Three of your student’s teachers may be selected to conference with.  On February 8th, at 8:00 a.m., additional teachers can be selected to conference with based upon their availability.  You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until February 8th at 9:00 p.m.

No conferences can be scheduled or rescheduled during the conference dates after Pick-A-Time is closed.  After February 8th, please cancel your appointments by calling 410-313-5520.

If you do not have internet access, please call Mrs. Parker at 410-313-5520.

To accommodate the volume of schedules, we need to adhere tightly to the 15-minute conference times.  There is a 5-minute transition break in between each scheduled conference.  Please be prompt in attending your conferences.  In addition, walk-in conferences will not be available.  Parents will be greeted in the school foyer by a staff member during conference week and given a map of the school, if needed.
