Dear GMS Families,

Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP) will be coming to Glenwood Middle School on Wednesday, October 12th for a Flu Vaccine Clinic.  Registration must be completed online and prior to October 7th.   

This vaccine is a quadrivalent, meaning the vaccine is designed to protect against four different flu viruses, including two influenza A viruses and two influenza B viruses.  This vaccine does not contain any preservatives, including thimerosal or mercury, because they are single dose syringes.

This registration link may only be used for students who attend Glenwood Middle School.  If you have other children who attend a different HCPSS school, please use the registration link that is provided by that child's school.
